What this site collects

Nothing, until you send the service request form. The form requires your name, phone number, what kind of machine it is, what it is doing, and where it is. Everything else is optional: email, company, how soon you need help, how and when to reach you, and anything about getting to the site. That is the only information this website collects.

What it is used for

Answering your request. Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes the message to our email. Their handling of the data in transit is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy. Your details are used to contact you about your machine and for our own job records. They are not sold, rented, shared for marketing, or used for anything unrelated to your request.

What this site does not do

No analytics. No advertising trackers. No cookies. No social media pixels. Calling the phone number on this site is a normal phone call and is not tracked by us in any way.

Removing your information

If you want the details from a request deleted from our records, call 815-842-7117 or email jared@jrdequipmentservices.com and it will be done.
