Dealer software, independent rates.
Most of what separates a dealer from an independent is the laptop. Parked regens, injector trim, ECM programming and parameter edits all need the factory platform. We run them, so the machine does not have to go to a dealer for a software-gated fix.
On emissions work: aftertreatment repairs and parameter
edits are performed to manufacturer specification and within EPA
regulations. We diagnose, regen, repair and replace emissions systems.
We do not delete or defeat them.

Jared Drayer has more than 15 years of diesel repair and maintenance experience on heavy equipment, from compact machines through full-size excavators and dozers. That includes an extensive background in Caterpillar diagnostics, maintenance and repair. JRD Equipment Service is his own operation, based in Fairbury, Illinois and run out of a fully equipped field service truck.
That means the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up, diagnoses the machine and does the work. No service writer in between, no shop rate padded to cover a building, no guessing about what got done. The business is fully insured.
